Long Course: 11 miles – Lanikai/Kailua Bay Start and Finish

Short Course: 6 miles – Lanikai/Kailua Bay Start and Finish

Mini Course: 3.5 miles – Inside Lanikai reef

Divisions: OC-6, OC-3, OC-2, OC-1, Surfski, SS-2, SUP, Prone paddleboard, V-1

Pre-Registration Only: $38.00 per paddler ($20.00 for Juniors 18 and under) online at www.flpregister.com until Saturday 6:00 PM, Feb. 26, 2022.

Race Day Check In: Lanikai Park (Kaiolena Dr. and Aalapapa Dr) 7:30AM–9:00AM

Start Times: Mini course 10:00 a.m.  Short course 10:10 a.m.  Long course 10:15 a.m.

Parking: There will be parking inside the Park in Lanikai, but it is limited, so you may want to park at Kailua Beach Park and paddle into Lanikai.

Kialoa Competition: OC-1 – 40-49 M/F – $100.00 Kialoa gift certificate.

Course details: 
Mini: Start at LCC Paddling site. Paddle to a buoy at Wailea Point, left turn to the Mokulua Islands, turn right at a buoy and return back to the starting line the way you came.
Short: Start at LCC Paddling site. Paddle to a buoy at Wailea Point, left turn to the Mokulua Islands, turn right at a buoy and split the Mokulua Islands. Go to a buoy .5 miles outside, take a left and surf to flat island.  Go around Flat island and back to the starting line to finish.
Long: Start in waist deep water fronting the Sandbag beach (straight inside the Mokulua Islands). Go straight out for about 1.5 miles, splitting the Mokulua Islands and turn on a buoy. Surf around Mokolea Rock (Birt Sh*t island), into the canal, pass Kalaheo Bridge and turn on a buoy. Return out the canal and across Kailua bay to the finish off the beach by the LCC paddling site.
