Long course:  8.5 miles, Hawaii Kai to Kaimana
Short Course:  same

9:30 a.m. start for SUP and Prone. 10:00 a.m. start for “long” course and 10:05 a.m. start for “short” course.

Kialoa Competition:  Single canoe (OC1 or V1) 58 + divisions; Male and Female.
