Divisions: OC-2, OC-1, Surfski, SS-2, SUP, Prone paddleboard, V-1
Oahu Long course: 8.5 miles. Hawaii Kai to Kaimana
Oahu Short Course: 8.5 miles. Hawaii Kai to Kaimana
Worldwide: 7-mile course. Anything goes.

Waterman’s Series #2 (for Surfski). 

Race anything you want, but if you have a Surfski this is the day to take off the training wheel!

Cost: $8.00 per race.

HAWAII KAI TO KAIMANA COURSE: YOU MUST RACE ON SATURDAY JANUARY 23rd, but you can choose your time of day.

Oahu long course: Suggested start time is 9:00 a.m. for the “long course” participants. Start your watch or GPS device at Marshall’s beach in waist deep water. Round the Blinker Buoy and proceed to Kaimana Beach. Keep the windsock to your right and stop your device when you reach the windsock.

Oahu Short Course: Suggested start time is 10:00 a.m. for the “short course” participants. Start your watch or GPS device at Marshall’s beach in waist deep water. Round the Blinker Buoy and proceed to Kaimana Beach. Keep the windsock to your right and stop your device when you reach the windsock.

WORLDWIDE COURSE: You can race anywhere at any time for one whole week prior to the closing of registration.

Make sure you have a witness. After you race, register at www.flpregister.com, but before 8:00 a.m. on Sunday the 24th.

Submit your GPS data if you have it at #KIRA2021#2 for Instagram and @kanakaikaika on Facebook. SUBMITTING YOUR DATA IS NOT YOUR ENTRY. YOU MUST ENTER ONLINE AT WWW.FLPREGISTER.COM OR YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED.

KIRA will track the Poai Puni Series results and the Waterman series results for registered paddlers. Registered paddlers will earn raffle credits for every entry, for chances to win raffle prizes from our sponsors at the end of the season (or whenever we do a raffle…. More information tbd)
