Course: Maunalua Bay (Hawaii Kai) to Mauliola (Sand Island).

- Juniors and Adults 16 and Under Boys 400lb Spec. Canoe

The concept is based on 9 person crews.
Pre-Registration Only: $40.00 per paddler online at www.flpregister.com until MIDNIGHT July 4th. Everyone who registers will receive race swag.
Course: Start off the beach in Hawaii Kai, round the last green channel marker, go AROUND DIAMOND HEAD BUOY, enter the main channel (Kalihi/Big Channel) at Sand Island, finish on the beach fronting the paddling site at Sand Island.
REGISTRATION AND ENTRY FEES.
Race#1: Register crews online at www.flpregister.com. Check-in race day is in Hawaii Kai from 7:00–8:30 a.m. Race starts at 10:00 a.m. $40.00 per paddler pre-registration online until midnight July 04. Additional $10.00 per paddler late registration.
Age groups are based on the oldest junior paddler (As of January 01).
- 7:00 – 8:30 a.m. Beach check in / Late registration
- 10:00 a.m. Start:
- At least 4 Juniors must start and finish the race.
- At least 2 Juniors must be in the canoe at all times.
- 20 minutes before first change. Last change before entering the channel off Sand Island.
- Lunch and awards to follow.
